Our bungalow (beach front) was also right next to a boat maintenance yard so was not relaxing during the day due to noise. The beach was a little dirty Charged for internet when many places do not Overall too expensive for what it was,

Great beach-hut location right on Sunrise Beach - No frills but enough comfort for a good time, Lipe is good for low cost beach holiday and this hotel is away from the bustle of the main beach - but near enough to get walk there in 10 mins

You get what you pay for - don't expect luxury but -Shower room has very slippery floor and can be dangerous (slipped over twice), restaurant has low turnover so suffers but near to other better options Staff seem inexperienced and not trained in good service

I recently had a fantastic stay at this beachfront resort on Sunrise Beach. the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and great amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing a warm welcome and informative assistance throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided. The location, just one row back from the beach, offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast served at the beachfront restaurant was delicious, and the beautiful view made it a perfect start to the day.

Everything was spot-on and exceeded my expectations.

This is a basic beach cabin but they have added air con which was good and satellite tv, which we have no need for and, bizarrely a small swimming pool to a resort set on one of the most beautiful beaches in Thailand. My objection was the price at £55 per night for a place where there really has been no love in putting it together. Everything is of really poor quality and the restaurant was the one place on sunrise beach we never ate or hung out at as it was so devoid of atmosphere.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, situated on Sunrise Beach with a stunning view of the ocean from our second-row bungalow. The beach was clean and well-maintained, creating a truly idyllic setting for our stay. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, including the efficient AC and daily cleaning service, added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay.

All was well during our stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding, especially considering the convenient location on Sunrise beach. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We were impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms, from the cleanliness to the basic amenities provided. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options to suit different tastes.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was satisfactory.

In terms of location, it was perfect, right on the beach and with easy access to nearby small islands. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the breakfast, definitely a standout feature.

The private beach was nice, and the view from the restaurant was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom.

You can enjoy the sound of waves crashing all day long. the staff is friendly and helpful. You can book a taxi service for a hassle-free commute to the town center where you can enjoy scrumptious food from local restaurants. the resort's convenient location allows easy beach access where you can enjoy snorkeling.

the location was unbeatable, just steps away from the pristine beach with breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea. We loved the spacious rooms, which were kept clean and tidy by the attentive housekeeping staff. the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit all tastes.

The pool area could use some improvement.
